On the ground floor there is bar corner, romantic terrace, spacious restaurant with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, storehouses and a very large staircase which leads to the upper floors, where there are apartments, rooms with bathrooms and garden. In the basement there are other storehouses and an underpass to directly reach the shore of the lake and the beach. The structure has preserved the authenticity of the time such as the cement tile flooring, the wrought iron balustrades of the stairs and vaulted ceilings. In the land on the lake there is a garden with a staircase leading to the beach and parking.
